After completing her studies, Alisha went on to work for non-profit organisation World Wildlife Fund for 5 years as their Marketing and Brand Manager. In this role, she worked on national outreach campaigns, championed brand management and forged new collaborations and partnerships. This included the full campaign execution of WWF's most prestigious and public-facing event – Earth Hour.
After moving to Australia in 2014, Alisha made a move into the events industry working for Sydney-based hospitality group, Trippas White Group. As Head of Sales & Events, Alisha led a team of professionals responsible for end-to-end event management across the group's iconic venue portfolio, including the Sydney Opera House and Botanic Gardens venues.
In 2021, Alisha moved into a Sales & Events Director role with HospitalityM, as they launched a hatted restaurant and 7 event spaces in the newly renovated ACMI building in Federation Square, Melbourne.
Now settled in Queensland, Alisha’s wealth of knowledge and professional experience are an asset to THE MONDAY GROUP for specialised recruitment in events, sales and marketing.
